Upcoming project

I've decided that I am going to finally invest some money into making and selling handmade jewelry pieces. I've had the idea in my head, and with the new year coming up, I minus well give it a go. If I don't succeed with it then so be it. You never know until you try, right? I really do enjoy jewelry, mainly rings =]. I want to start off my little jewelry line with gorgeous rings, necklaces, and earrings. The web host will be my Etsy Shop: Dirty Luxury. I will do a video once the line is up, to promote the site and what not. Wish me luck. I hope everyone had a wonderful holiday, but it's not over, so lets continue to party and have a good time =] I'll leave you with some pretty jewelry inspiration pictures.
Sincerely,
Jazz

Urbanog.com Review

If you haven't heard already, Urban Original is a company that is fairly new and is beginning to get a lot of exposure. I first heard about the site from Seventeen Magazine, a while back. I always look at the bottom where they say where the clothes are from in the fashion section. I saw a really cute pair of shoes on a model, went to the site, and realized that they have extremely reasonable prices. On thanksgiving I decided to order four pairs of shoes from Urban Og. The shipping was slow, very slow. I ordered them on the 24th of Novemebr, and they arrived at my doorstep this afternoon. It took 5 days alone just to process the order. However, Urban Og warned me that the holiday season would cause a delay. I am happy with my purchases, these four pairs of shoes came out to be $86, including shipping. I found a 20% coupon on RetailmeNot before I placed my order. The shoes looked exactly like the picture and every single pair fits true to size. Go check out Urban Og!

It's Windy

Vest: DIY
Long sleeve sweater: Forever 21 (last fall)
Skirt: Forever 21 $10
Tights: Forever 21 $4
Boots: Target $20
Necklace: Forever 21 $6

I made this vest just by creating tracing my own denim vest on the left over fabric from the DIY bag and sewing it. Today was very windy, but I didn't mind. I like the wind.

Jazz

DIY: Waterfall Skirt

1. Start off with a dress of skirt that you don't mind altering.

 2. Fold the dress/skirt so the crease is in the center of the back and front of the garment, not at the side seams. Mark a dotted line with a permanent marker asymmetrically southwest.

3. Cut slightly above the dotted line.

4. Touch up any mistakes and cut off the top of the skirt. My dress had an empire waist so I just cut right above the elastic.

Hope you all enjoyed this post.

Sincerely,
Jazz
